1. Grow and harvest purple cabbage in garden.

2. Shred thin on mandoline.

3. Add in shredded green pepper (onions and carrots if you have them.)

4. Mix in sauce to taste.

Equal parts vinegar to sugar. (1/4 cup will do a whole cabbage)
1 Teaspoon salt.
3 Tablespoons mayo
1 Tablespoon oil
Caraway seeds.

5. Chill and serve.
