Comfort, First and Foremost

Comfort, First and Foremost is a chapter heading in my book,"The Emotional House," ...and they are words I live by. If something tugs, pinches or itches, it's not in my closet or my life. Somewhere along the line I began gardening in cozy slippers. I've never looked back. This blog is about my adventures with the soil and the bountiful gifts it provides. I invite you to join me on this journey, and encourage you to tend a garden of your own. I promise you, it will not only bring beauty into your daily experience, it will feed your table and your soul.

And my slippers, for those who have been asking... are made by Rockport.
